Gay Survives Deadly Attack
A Ghanaian gay practitioner, Sumaila Sakyi has escaped a deadly attack by vigilante group at Kasoa in the Central region of Ghana yesterday.
The vigilante group numbering of 20 launched a deadly attack on Sumaila Sakyi and his partner during their usual hangout within the Municipality.
Already, the vigilante group has declared war on gay practitioners and homosexuals.
They had threatened to make the Municipality and Ghana at large a living hell for not only Sumaila but anyone found to be in the act of LGBTQ+ or sympathizer.
The two were caught and beaten mercilessly and Sumaila got his arm broken while the other partner died on the spot.
Realizing the death of the other partner, members of the vigilante took to their heels paving way for Sumaila to also got the opportunity to escape to a near by village for local treatment.
Though, checks from all Police stations around did not show any official complaints from the victim, but close source believed that Sumaila sneak out of the country after his treatment.
According to an eye witness, the group stormed the joint in a rambo style wielding some sharp and offensive weapons.
“They entered the place brandishing machetes and some weapons in search of the two.
A close who spoke to this portal stated that “he fled our community since that incidence and was never seen or heard of again”.
