Although most cases go unreported, a recent occurrence in the Western region of Ghana drew widespread condemnation where five people were reported missing as a result of kidnapping plot.

Later, only three people were found safe.

There is another similar developing case in the greater Accra region where a 22 year old young man has been reported missing.

The mother called back after a while but could not reach him again.

“I called him at 6:30pm and he was at Adentan in a faulty vehicle.

Meanwhile, the Adentan police unit is yet to address the dismayed family and residents of the area as they are still on the hunt for the missing boy.
