NPP Chairman Hijack Ambulance
…..As Constituents Cry for Help
The Ayawaso East Constituency chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP, Alhaji Issah Tiaminu has taken full control of the newly commissioned ambulance by the President Nana Akufo-Addo.
Information gathered by Ghanaiandemocrat.com has it that after handing over the Ambulance to the various constituencies across the country, the one to the Ayawaso East was taken straight to the constituency chairman’s residence at Nima.
Hajia Salma Mohammed Sani-Kuta, the Municipal Chief Executive MCE for Ayawaso East Municipal Assembly who received the Ambulance on behalf of the constituency could not comment on the latest development when this portal contacted her on phone as she was far away in Cape Coast for a workshop.
Our source at the NPP constituency office revealed that it was a planned agenda by the party at the constituency to keep the ambulance for the use of the party.
The source alleged that the party in the area intend to use for its members only should there be an emergency that concerns any party member in the constituency.
Authorities at the Nima government clinic and the Municipal Assembly remained mute as no one was willing to speak on the issue.
But Ghanaiandemocrat.com has gathered that members of the NPP are threatening to deal with any official who speaks on the issue.
According to some of the NPP members, they are in power and would choose to use Ambulance for whatever they think is good and better for their government and party, and nobody question them.
