NDC Upcoming Branch Elections: Constituency Chairman In Trouble

The constituency chairman for the Ayawaso West Wougon branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Accra, Mr. Bismark Abobi is deploying all tactical means to mare the upcoming branch elections.

Thealhajj. com has intercepted some nomination forms being shared by the constituency chairman to some individuals promising them of positions in the upcoming branch elections.

Some of the party members who spoke to this portal said chairman Bismark Abobi asked them not to show the forms to anyone since its a secret thing he was doing to make sure his favorites persons are rewarded and given branch positions.

Thealhajj. com has learnt that the party is yet to release these forms but Bismarck Abobi has already produced the forms to some individuals ahead.

This did not go down well with some of the recipients who were raising concerns about the illegal act by the constituency chairman.

The constituency chairman has come under serious criticism due to lack of trust during the last elections.

It was alleged that the man is burnt on winning the upcoming constituency elections to cover some of his illegal deals.

Bismark Abobi has been accused by his own party people of corruption and attempts to sell the victory of the party in the next general elections in 2024.

He is also seen as one of the moles within the opposition NDC who reveals party strategies to their opponents.
