A well-known business magnate, philanthropist and a native of La in the Greater Accra Region, Dr. Daniel McKorley, popularly known as McDan, has hearkened to the clarion call of the Ayalolo community regarding their long standing water challenges for the Ayalolo cluster of schools with new boreholes being drilled across the length and breath of the compound.

It’s interesting to know that 75% of the project is complete and surely by 1st of May, 2023 the entire pupils’, teaching and the general staff population will have a sigh of relief. The lack of water which has been a major burden to all is going to be a thing of the past.

Moreover, the water is drinkable, like any other pure water in the market. Although the project is yet to be completed, one could see clearly, the beaming smiles on the faces of the pupils, the teaching staff, including some parents interacted with.

McDan, has other major plans for the reconstruction and beautification of the whole cluster of schools into an ultra-modern edifice with extra facilities, especially, extra curriculum facilities for the over 10,000 pupil population.

McDan’s philanthropic activities is legendary in our time in country, most especially in the GaDangme communities.

The gesture at Ayalolo community is in line with one of McDan’s initiatives aimed at empowering communities in the Greater Accra Region to stand on their feet.
