As part of its academic exchange program, an eight member delegation from the  Reine Waal University of Applied Science( Hochschule Rein-Waal), Germany, were on a working visit to the Ho Technical University (HTU) in the Volta Region, from  11th to 15th, November   2019. 


This is the third delegation from the Reine Waal University of Applied Sciences to be hosted by the HTU, as part of a 4 year academic exchange programme between the two partner Universities.


As part of activities for the visit, the visiting team members did presentations during seminars for members of various Faculties and Administrators of theHo Technical University.

 There were also co-sharing engagements between the two sides during the period.

Some of the topics of discussion anchored on renewable energy and storage, global trends of humans rights of Staff in hospitality and tourism industries, as well as taxation and international law. 


The rest of the discussions were on  renewable internationalization, and funding for  universities.  


The team also visited some tourist sites in the Volta Region such as Mount GEMI and Tafi Atome Monkey Santuary.
