State Housing Company MD John Bawah Engages Contractors in First Official Meeting

John Bawah, the newly appointed Managing Director of the State Housing Company, held a familiarization engagement with contractors at the Accra City Hotel, marking his first official interaction since taking office in January 2025.
Accompanied by the Real Estate Officer and other management members, Mr. Bawah emphasized his commitment to building strong partnerships with key regional stakeholders. During the meeting, he urged contractors to enhance their job delivery standards, underscoring the critical role of the State Housing Company in fostering industrial innovation and implementing appropriate technologies for national development.
“I am committed to ensuring that the State Housing Company reaches greater heights by focusing on innovation, efficiency, and impactful service delivery,” Mr. Bawah stated. He reiterated the company’s dedication to being a pivotal player in Ghana’s housing growth, pledging ongoing investments in infrastructure, community support programs, and energy security to drive economic transformation.

Mr. Bawah also highlighted the importance of nurturing mutually beneficial partnerships with contractors to advance logistical interests and support broader socio-economic goals.
The meeting served as a platform for open dialogue, aiming to strengthen collaboration between the State Housing Company and its contractors to achieve shared objectives in the housing sector.
