President Mahama Names Key Appointments in Vice Presidential Office to Advance Ghana’s Resetting Agenda
President John Dramani Mahama has officially approved significant appointments within the Office of the Vice President, assembling a team of seasoned professionals to bolster the government’s Resetting Ghana initiative.
In a statement released by the Acting Spokesperson to the President, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, the new appointees were recognized for their expertise and the vital roles they will play in supporting the government’s objectives.
The statement emphasized that these individuals are expected to leverage their extensive experience to make substantial contributions towards realizing a better Ghana for all.
Key appointments include:
- Chief of Staff to the Vice President: Alex Percival Segbefia
- Head of Administration: Mrs. Alberta Graham
- Presidential Staffer and Special Aide to the Vice President: Professor Theresah Ennin
- Secretary to the Vice President: Ms. Daniella Mavis Mathias
In addition to administrative roles, several policy advisory positions have been filled:
- Political Policy Adviser: Dr. Samuel Ofosu Ampofo
- Economic Advisers: Prof. Sharif Mahmud Khalid and Dr. Hamza Zakaria
