Man Kidnapped Over Property…Step Mother Fingered

A man believed to be in his early 30s was said to have escaped from his
kidnappers.

The victim, whose name was given as Eric Amponsah, is a native of Nsakyi of
the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipality in the Eastern Region.

According to our impeccable source within the community, Mr. Eric Amponsah
who is first child of the family was alleged to have been kidnapped by an
unknown persons.

Though it’s not clear reason behind the kidnapping, but sources say grudges
between him and the step mother over his late father’s property could be the
caused.

Madam Veronica Bissa popularly
known (Maa Vero), the step mother of Mr. Eric, visited several beatings and
subjected her her step son to all forms of maltreatment all to ensure he leaves
the town for her to have oversight responsibility of the late Mr. Amponsah’s
businesses and properties.

The source said Mr. Eric has been a stumbling block to Maa Vero which she
hardly execute her evil plans on Eric.

According to the source, Eric stance to defend his late father’s business
and properties resulted in his kidnapping.

This portal gathered that Mr. Eric became alarmed of his step mother’s
activities and plan to hijack the properties and businesses of his late father.

 Soon after the burial, the source revealed, Maa Vero started to demand
of where about documents of the companies and properties.

It is believed that due to his refusal to heed to the demand of his step mum
that pushed her to course for his kidnapping for three days without food and
water.

Meanwhile, the matter has since reported to the police pending on an
investigation, residents are also demanding where about Mr. Eric.
