KNB Is ‘G.O.A.T’ In Ahafo Ano South East Constituency – Figo
Young, affable and astute National Democratic Congress (NDC) member in the Ahafo Ano South East Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Gafur Abdul Karim alias Figo has described Kofi Nti Boateng (KNB), NDC parliamentary candidate hopeful in the constituency as ‘G.O.A.T’ (Great of All Time).
According to him since he started politicking he never came across a politician who possessed political leadership qualities like KNB.
He urged all the ranks and files of the NDC fraternity in the constituency to burry all the differences and fully rally behind KNB for him to rescue the party in the constituency.
Speaking to ghanaiandemocrat.com in an interview, he revealed that the world is brimming with ambitious political leaders, but sadly very few matchups to the traits of good leadership and one of the few is KNB.
Mr. Gafur stated that many political leaders appear to be severely lacking in some of the most essential qualities of a good leader, such us integrity and accountability.
He is with the view that it’s not coincidence that the word “politician” has many negative connotations. But experience tells us that there is only a handful that comes near to the principals of leadership and show strong indicators of a successful political leader and KNB is one.
Figo as he affectionately called pointed out that KNB prove to be a successful political leader who can easily distinguish between success and failure. He has a visionary dream and understands how to turn his vision into success stories in the modern world.
The affable young politician said until you communicate you vision clearly to your team and tell them the strategy to accomplish the goal, you’ll find it very difficult to get the results you want. KNB possesses the communication skills. To put it simply, he can effectively communicate his message to his team, that makes him a good leader. His words can get people motivated and make them do the unimaginable. He can make effective use of them, he can also achieve better results.
He indicated that honesty and integrity are two main elements that make a strong leader. KNB’S honestly and integrity are intact.
He said KNB is a decision maker. He can make right decision at the right time. He takes actions that have a huge effect on people. He thinks long and hard before taking a decision but stand by it once the decision is made.
“I urged all the polling station and constituency executives to contribute to the electing of Kofi Nti Boateng (KNB) as the Parliamentary Candidate for the party for him to wrestle power for the party in the coming general elections” , he concluded.
