Fraudster on the run; Dupes victims over thousands of Ghana cedis

Papa Bill as he is popularly known, duped more than  15 people  with  the promises of securing Turkish visas for them.

Nabil Mohammed who’s currently  has gone into hiding and it’s believed that he is within  the Accra metropolis planing for the next victims.

Investigations by  the Ghanaiandemocrat.com uncovered that Papa Bill often ask his victims  to go purchase an air ticket after which he goes behind and clear the money from the airline or ticketing company.

Another trick Papa Bill uses on his victims  is to fly the victim to Turkey on transit , while in Turkey he would convince the relative of the victim  to send another money for continuation of the trip to Germany.

After receiving such amounts of monies from their relatives,  he leaves his  victims at the airport in Turkey and takes the next flight to Nairobi and spend a week there before coming to Ghana.

The modus operandi of the moves was to ensure the victim within a week would be released if arrested or otherwise.

Some of the victims who spoke with this portal confirmed  that they have been duped by Nabil a.k.a Papa Bill and have reported the case to the police for further investigations.

Our checks at the Turkish airlines shows that Papa Bill has been a regular visitor to their office with different passengers any time he visits  that office.

Meanwhile a close confidante of Papa Bill who happens to be his childhood friend and also a victim confirmed to us of been duped by the germ.

Victims who narrated their ordeals revealed that they have been searching for Papa Bill for the past six months but to no avail.
