dkt Boss Assures Safety Usage of Products
The country Director of DKT International, Mr. Mario Alvarez has assured Ghanaians of safety of their products on the market. According to him, all necessary tests carried on the product by the Foods and Drugs Authority (FDA) and international bodies proved that their products are safe for public consumption.
FDA in its commendation has given the company a thumb up for the good work and quality of its products on the Ghanaian market, he said.
Mr. Mario Alverez was speaking to reporters in the Central Regional capital, Cape Coast during ADR workshop and indicated that the training was to ensure public safety.
The organization over the years has been organizing training workshops for key players on Adverse Drug Reaction Report.
He said the company is investing heavily in the area of Adverse Drug Reporting because its clients safety has been one of their top priorities.
According to the DKt boss, his outfit would increase safety of prevalence contraceptive use by creating more awareness in the country.
Mr. Mario Alverez said contraceptive use over the years has proven to be the safest and surest way of family planning methods and urged the public to take their family planning methods seriously.
DKT International, a leading producer of contraceptive drugs has begun a workshop to sensitize and educate pharmacists, the Chemical shops, and health professionals on how to report Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR).
The workshop was aimed at furnishing the participant on how to report appropriately on ADR and any other related reaction for prompt responses.
