Development and security are my priorities- Michael Acquah
The Assembly Member for Anyaa West, Mr. Michael Acquah says security and development would be his main agenda, as he prepares to seek reelection in the forthcoming assembly elections.
According to him, he would continue to serve the people of Anyaa West electoral area, explaining that he would not betray their trust.
He made the disclosure while speaking to electorates at Palace Town on Sunday.
Mr. Acquah , popularly known as Paa Nii Kalamata mentioned that he facilitated the construction of Anyaa market bus terminal and Fire service station which is 90 percent completed.
” I also facilitated the upgrading of roads and street lighting systems for the community” he said.
” I have also repaired all street lights in the electoral area and formed a proactive community watch dog committee ” Mr. Acquah noted.
Paa Nii Kalamata further said he constructed two footbridges and facilitated over 200 biogas toilet facility at subsidised prices for residents in the electoral area.
He continued that he constructed two converts from personal resources to help create access for the volumes of water that find its way into the area, and which eventually, find its way into the homes of peoples anytime there are heavy rains.
According to him, he was compelled to construct the converts because of the flooding that affects the residents and the love for his people.
