The Ghana Armed  Forces Command (GAFC) held  a course on conflict and  crisis management, at teshie near Kofi  Anna Peacekeeping Center for military, police and other security officers.
A key objective of the course was to create and reinforce links between personnel and agencies within the nation’s security machinery.
Crisis management  is a multi agency task which requires several and varied skills and capacities. The  training is relevant to security officers and other stakeholders.
Mr. Ambrose Dery , Minister for Interior  advice the security personnel to serve as trainers in their various organizations to enable more  people to benefit from the program and they should serve as advisers and resource persons in conflict and crisis matters in their organization.
