Chairman Ola Affirm Dr. Azindow’s Candidacy

Alhaji Olabode Williams, the constituengcy chairman of the Ayawaso East branch of the National Democratic Congress NDC, has confirmed the true membership of Dr. Yakubu Azindow, an Aspirant for the parliamentary primaries.

The controversial chairman was put on the spot by the chairman of the vetting committee Alhaji Rashid Haruna when he asked chairman Ola for how long he knows Azindow in the NDC.

Though chairman Ola was surprised about the question but was very sincere with the committee and confirmed that Dr. Azindow has been with the party since 1992 long before he chairman Ola joined the NDC.

Interestingly, chairman Ola is a known front runner of the campaign team of the incumbent member of Parliament Nasser Mahama Toure who is also contesting the primaries.

Consequently, supporters of Nasser Toure were alarmed of chairman Olas betrayal endorsement of their opponent.

One could remember that few hours to the vetting, ghanaiandemocrat.com has published grand scheme that was planned by some executives led by chairman Ola to get Dr. Azindow disqualify by the vetting committee.

Alhaji Olabodes answer to the committee to confirm Dr. Azindow’s membership was seen by the camp of Nasser Toure as a betrayal to their already planned agenda.
