BLOWS IN ANYAA SOWUTUOM NDC

…as Fidelity Bank Manager’s boy attacks whistleblower

The upheaval surrounding the revelation that one of the aspirants for the 2020 Parliamentary ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Anyaa-Sowutuom Constituency has some dirty files with the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) has degenerated into savage street violence.

A devotee of Mr. Emmanuel Adote Allotey, the Osu branch Bank Manager of the Nigerian bank, yesterday stormed the shop of Bismark Antwi Boasiako, the man who revealed the dirty secret, and attacked him.

The Allotey fanatic, named simply as Patrick, pounced on Mr. Boasiako and meted out physical asault on him at Awoshie A-Lang without any provocation.

Bismark, who has since become a target after revealing Allotey’s dirty little secret with the BNI, replied on impulse, a thing that led to a savage dog-eat-dog street fight as the two NDC members traded blows, hooks and punches.

It had to take the best efforts of taxi drivers at the Awoshie A-Lang taxi rank to separate the two NDC men from that disgraceful spectacle that had many observers openly condemning the NDC as a violent party.

In the aftermath of the fight, Patrick, Mr. Emmanuel Allotey’s fanatic supporter and alleged campaign team member, stormed off while Bismark also left his shop and went away.

It is not clear if Mr. Boasiako has since reported the incident to the Police but since the attack, he has not been seen at his shop again.

In the build up to the attack, campaign team members of Allotey had been openly threatening to beat Bismark if they laid hands on him for revealing that Emmanuel Allotey, the Osu branch Manager of Fidelity bank, has dirty secret files with the BNI.

Indeed, earlier in the week, Mr. Allotey himself had stormed Bismark’s shop at A-Lang with a Police officer in tow, in what appears to be a quest to arrest him and haul him to the Police Station for an issue that is purely civil in nature.

When Allotey met the absence of Bismark, he virtually kidnapped Bismark’s shop assistant, one Maxwell, and bundled him into his car speeding off in a manner very stylistic of kidnapping.

It had to take the NDC’s regional executives to get Mr. Allotey to return the hapless boy.

Apparently, all the actions that Emmanuel Allotey is taking in relation to the issue is to try and sweep the revelation about his dirty secret with the BNI under the carpet.

Bismark had revealed the secret by way of publishing a private WhatsUp conversation with the Fidelity Bank Osu branch manager, in which Allotey was pleading with Bismark not to release his secret with the BNI to the public.

According Mr. Allotey, in the conversation, the secret would ruin him if it comes out.

Nobody knows what exactly the dirty secret is, but the way Mr. Emmanuel Allotey has since been reacting has left a lot to the imagination – consequent wild speculations have included suggestions that the dirty secret probably has to do with money laundering because of Allotey’s background as a senior banker with Fidelity Bank.

Mr. Allotey, it is reported, has used every dirty trick in the book, to dodge speaking directly to the issue, including dodging questions and meetings by Constituency Executives of Anyaa-Sowutuom.

Mr. Allotey also refused to grant the media audience when he was called and asked to speak to the issue, telling journalists in a rude salty tone that he did not owe anybody an explanation and that if any idiotic journalists dares to write anything funny, he will teach them where power lies.

Meanwhile, in the WhatsUp conversation that the Fidelity Bank Osu branch Manager had with Bismark, Emmanuel Adote Allotey had also pleaded with him not to reveal secrets about his sex life, suggesting the man may have another dirty baggage in the area of sowing wild oats.

Mr. Allotey is known to have parted ways with his first wife in a very nasty divorce before settling down with his current wife, a beautiful modelesque chick called Mawufemor, whom many are calling a home wreaker.

The love birds used to stay at Chantang, in the Anyaa Sowutuom Constituency, but left there for Dome because Mr. Allotey complained that the Anyaa-Sowutuom Constituency was too dirty for his liking.

Meanwhile, the issue of his alleged dirty files with the BNI has become a public relations nightmare for the Anyaa-Sowutuom Constituency branch of the NDC, which is at wits end as to how to quell the shit storm.

As the drama progresses from one episode to another, and as matters degenerate into a shameful street fight in which NDC attacks NDC, the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) is calmly sitting back and enjoying the view as it takes notes and assembles the ammunition that it will use against the NDC during the 2020 Parliamentary election.

Already, Foreign Affairs Minister, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey, is said to have sent some foot boys to dig up files on Emmanuel Allotey at the BNI.
