Akufo-Addo, Bawumia Crack Deepens Over Economic Mismanagement…As NPP’s Royal Members Set Record Straight
Several attempts have been made by Camp of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and his Wife Samira Bawumia to create a wrong impression that, President Akufo-Addo, Cabinet, Economic Management Team and members of Akufo-Addo’s family have deliberately sidelined Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and that advice from Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia are taken seriously.
We wish to put on record that, per details available, there is no iota of truth in the Falsehood being perpetuating by Samira Bawumia and supporters of Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to court public hatred for President Akufo-Addo.
President Akufo-Addo has Not prevented Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia from championing the Digital Economic Agenda.
President Akufo-Addo has Not prevented Hon. Alan Kyerematen from championing the 1 District 1 Factory across the various Districts.
President Akufo-Addo has Not prevented Hon. Owusu Afriyie Akoto from delivering his Planting for food and jobs, and Rearing for food and jobs Programme.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s name would not have rung a bell in the ears of NPP and Ghanaians if Akufo-Addo had not consider him as his Vice-President and Vice-Presidential Candidate for 16 years.
Even when President Akufo-Addo sacked our kinsmen such as Boakye Agyarko, Samuel Atta Akyea and Hon. Bryan Acheampong from his Government we were all quite in the interest of the Party and NPP Government.
We are warning Samira Bawumia and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to stop telling lies to NPP Delegates and Ghanaians that they have been sidelined in Akufo-Addo’s Government.
We will not sit down for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Samira Bawumia to create public hatred for our very own President Akufo-Addo just because of their Presidential ambition.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia came to meet Senior men and women in the Party and he must understand that He cannot outshine his Boss Akufo-Addo who gave him the political platform to shine.
If Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has any wisdom and knowledge left he should rather use them to help President Akufo-Addo to succeed than throwing his weight about as the next to lead the NPP.
If Akufo-Addo fails, Ghanaians should blame Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia because he gave false hope to President Akufo-Addo as a Economic Wizkid as stated by Samira Bawumia.
