Ablekuma Central NDC Unity Walk Causes Stir
The massive turn out at the unity walk of the Ablekuma Central constituency branch of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Greater Accra Region gets massive endorsements from the constituents.
The walk, which started at Sakura Loso Park, went through some principal streets including Abossey okai and sabon zongo and ended up at tangasi line amids cheers and show of love from the residents.
The walk has also brought together former constituency executives and the current ones to chat the way forward for victory 2020.
Speaking to the media after the walk, the constituency chairman Mr. Kplorm Kofi Dudornu explained that the purpose of the walk was to reinvigorate the party spirit and to remind members of the task ahead.
He observed that program was announced but attendance was very encouraging and the necessary attention by the party faithful was also key.
He said “despite the late invitation, the attendance was massive, members and sympathizers of the party showed their love and support”.
On her part, the communication officer for the constituency madam Vivian salla pointed out that the constituency is undertaking various programs to strengthen its support.
She expressed the hope that they will snatch their seat back in 2020 with kind of executives in place.
