James Avedzi to Partner Mahama As Running Mate?
As the largest opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is preparing to elect it’s members of Parliament ahead of the 2020 elections, some ardent supporters of the party are advocating for deputy minority leader , hon. James Klutse Avedzi to Partner Mahama as running mate.
Some of the party gurus who spoke to this portal on the who to Partner the flag bearer, minced no word without endorsing the Voltarian law maker.
For them, the MP has been in good standing and his contributions to the party at the August house was remarkable.
The gentle man is touted to be one of the big influential legislators’ from the opposition’s world bank, the Volta Region. No
Sources within the house has it that, the lawmaker has the full backing off his boss, hon. Haruna Iddrisu and majority of the the minority members of Parliament.
The Ketu North MP has so far chalked numurours success stories in the areas of education, health and job for the people and youth of his constituency.
ames Klutse Avedzi is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana representing the Ketu North Constituency in the Volta Region on the ticket of the National Democratic.
He holds PhD (International and Political Finance), UNEM, Costa rica, 2015, MBA (Finance and Accounting), University of Liverpool, UK, 2016, Chartered inst. of Taxation- Ghana,2013, CA (Ghana), 2001.
His last was at the Controller and Accountant General’s Department as a Principal Accountant, Controller and Accountant Generals Dpt.Accra, MP (January 2005 TO DATE- 4TH term).
He is Married (with four children).
